- Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on lighthouse
- Investigate the ransacked cultist room in the chalet on lighthouse
- (Optional) Locate the victim's belongings
- Find the Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Damaged) mentioned in the victim's note
- Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on woods
- Investigate the cultists' house marked with the Eye of the World on woods
- Locate the place marked with the Eye of the World on shoreline
- Investigate the area around the Sordi communications tower on shoreline
- Repair the Sordi tower
- •Learn more about Station 14-4 KORD from Mechanic
- •Restore Arshavin's keycard
- Gain access to NGO Cobalt's secret facility on interchange
- •Restore power at the station
