Tells you whether the market is alive or clogged: how many distinct sellers keep lots listed and what share of them actually sold something. We count sellers within the scanner's coverage — the game never exposes buyers and an account isn't a person, so read it as an activity index, not as players online.

A plain gainers list is easy to fake with a couple of offers. The «with real sales» list keeps only items the scanner sees actually being sold — that growth is real.

An expensive item is not automatically a profitable one: if it sells twice a day, your money is stuck in the listing. On the left — sells almost instantly, on the right — expect to wait.
