Ref is preparing a new project and needs the blueprints of the testing area in the Lab. The event started on September 1, 2026.

Accept Preliminary Survey from Ref at level 5. He provides one TerraGroup Labs access keycard.

Find the flash drive plugged into a laptop near the orange dome on the first level of the Lab. Extract with it and hand it over to Ref. It goes into your quest inventory and is lost if you fail to extract.
